An excellent opportunity exists for a Business Analyst to join a large blue chip corporate based in Surrey, your role will be to provide Business Analysis expertise within complex IT Projects.
You role will be to provide day-to-day application support for applications, undertake project management to ensure successful implementation, identify and provide solutions overseeing all the business requirements. Your solution area will be CRM so proven experience in this is a must. You will map complex processes using a variety of tools and methods, looking at improvements and efficiencies whilst continuing to meet business requirements, gather requirements from business users, develop project deliverables, functional specs, process maps, test plans etc.
To qualify for this position you must have a degree calibre qualifications with minimum 5 years Business Analysis experience working in a complex environment. At least 5 years experience of project management with a proven ability to develop, lead and manage a team incorporating a wide range of disciplines, good communication and organisation are a must. To be considered for this role you must have specialised in CRM solutions particularly in Siebel and its application ideally in a pharmaceutical environment.
